LT Partner was founded by Henrik Bjerklin and Niclas Söderlund in our joint vision that “business is personal”. Each of us having worked +25 years in the investment and legal industry respectively and are dedicated to create the firm that we always wanted to work with, being a trusted long-term partner to our clients.

Henrik Bjerklin
Henrik started at PwC’s transaction services in the late 90’s, working with financial due diligence and financial modelling for five years in Stockholm and London. For 20 years, Henrik was instrumental in building P Capital Partners, Europe’s largest direct lender focusing on family and entrepreneurially owned companies with some SEK 40bn AuM. During this period, Henrik has also served as board member and board observer in more than 20 companies in 6 different countries – thus developing a deep fundamental understanding how privately held companies operate.
Niclas Söderlund
Niclas worked for the Swedish courts and thereafter joined PwC where he spent five years in Stockholm and London working with M&A tax and structuring. At PwC he advised several of the PE firms both on fund establishment as well as advising the founders on their personal holding. Niclas spent +15 years in senior finance and head of tax positions at some of Sweden’s largest companies e.g. AstraZeneca, Gambro, Telia and Electrolux. He served as board member of more than 30 companies on three different continents. After leaving the corporate world he has started four different companies in areas ranging from real estate, finance, accounting to technical services.
